Terms & Conditions

• This Refer-A-Friend promotion and the Terms & Conditions associated are effective for all referrals initiated from May 14th 2012.
• For the purpose of these conditions, the 'Referrer’ is the player initiating the invitation. The 'Referred Friend’ is the person that has been invited to play at CelebPoker.
• The 'Referrer’ must be an existing CelebPoker player, who has invited a friend to play at CelebPoker through the 'Refer-A-Friend’ promotion.
• The 'Referred Friend’ must open a CelebPoker account within 30 days of the invitation email being sent.
• The 'Referred Friend’ must be a new CelebPoker player.
• When the 'Referred Friend' deposits and reaches 500 CelebPokerPoints, CelebPoker will pay the 'Referrer’ $20 cash plus $200 Pending Bonus Dollars. This pending bonus can be viewed in the Bonuses section under 'My Account’. It will be released as a cash sum at a rate of $5 for every 600 CelebPoker Points earned.
• CelebPoker will also pay the 'Referred Friend’ $20 cash plus $100 Bonus Dollars. This pending bonus can be viewed in the Bonuses section under 'My Account’. It will be released as a cash sum at a rate of $5 for every 600 CelebPoker Points earned.
• The pending bonuses will be issued within 72 hours of the 'Referred Friend' reaching 500 points.
• Players have 90 days, from the date of issue, to redeem their pending bonus dollars. The cash bonus clearance has no expiry date. Any players found to be abusing the Refer-A-Friend Bonus will have their account and funds suspended until a full investigation is completed. CelebPoker reserve the right to remove all pending and released bonus funds should the investigation prove ‘bonus abuse’.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of the CelebPoker Management is final.
• CelebPoker reserves the right to amend or end this promotion at any time and it is the responsibility of all players to periodically check these Terms & Conditions for any alterations.
